‍What we collect We collect your name, email address, payment information, and intake responses related to your mental health and motherhood experience.

‍How we use it Solely to match you with an appropriate therapist and deliver your Silta membership. We do not sell your data. We do not bill insurance.

‍Who we share it with Your matched therapist only — and only what's clinically relevant. We use Stripe for payments, Typeform for intake, Calendly for scheduling, and Doxy.me for sessions. Each handles your data per their own privacy policies.

‍Your rights You can request to view, update, or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@siltahealth.com.

‍HIPAA Silta operates in compliance with applicable HIPAA guidelines. We have signed Business Associate Agreements with our service providers where required.
